When the Ministry of Sports & Youth was inaugurated by Emiri Decree, Ultramarine Films was tasked to produce a documentary film that set out the organisation’s initiatives and services to the nation. Working in close alignment with the Minister and the ministry’s delegates, one of the most important messages of the documentary was is to encourage the inclusion of Qatar’s youth in the Ministry’s decision-making processes, whether at a strategic level or a grass-roots level.
